Back in the (French) Pyrenees

We left Amélie Les Bains Palada and went straight into a climb on D618 towards Saint Marsel.
This region is ridiculously beautiful, definately worth it if touring around southern France. Don't get hungry between 1pm and 4:30pm as most of these small towns siesta.
maps, route and train info to come soon….
Love these cars!
Threatening clouds.
Best pies ever in Saint Marsel.
Little picnic friend
Coffee. Coffee. Coffee…
After lunch and maybe a few too many coffees we continued uphill for another half hour then were treated to a descent all the way down the valley to Bouleternére. What goes up must come down.
The town of Vinca.
Cat stand off. (Framed well by Krus)
Locals putting on a show for us.
Three moons.
Carbo loading. As we do best.
This little guy wanted a free ride.
Rode 30km along the highway to Perpignan where we then caught a train to Millau via a four hour stop over in Baziers.
Clocking up the kms today.
Not a lot happening in Beziers
Arrived in Millau after a nice mountainous train ride to this pretty crazy landscape!
